am not an administrator, I find it not very creative
and very limiting. So I shall write and that will be
my contribution to the Society, a contribution I feel
comfortable in making.
Update.
Last year -- 2014 -- my husband became very ill and I had to stop being a member of the committee as I felt that I couldn't leave him on his own for the duuration of committee meetings.
Sadly at the end of October 2014 he passed away. We were married for 36 years and iadmit Iwas, for a while shall we say abit of a basket case. It took me a couple of months to get enough mental and emotional composure to think about anything else.
Eventually I did start thinking about other things and getiing back to a notmal life. I had hoped that that woul mean that I would have time again to devote my efforts to Theatr Fach again. However I had reckoned without the committee's decision to pass this website which I had created and had hosted and mantained on my own time and my own dime for fourteen years, on to someone else. There was no consultation with me I was only mad aware of this decision after it had been taken and fourteen years of work was dismissed in three or four words of piss pathetic grattitude for my hard work. If I sound a little peeved, well I am. I think the way it was handled was at best insensitive at worse shabby. And that's really all I have to say.
