Put some clothes on Clarisse.

This short masterpiece is in an excellent translation by Reggie Oliver and though Feydeau wrote nothing after 1920 Reggie Oliver's free translation indicates a setting in the late 1950s

After Magritte  Tom Stoppard's play has much wit and surreal humour. It appears to be an early work with a flavour of the Cambridge Footlights. It has been accordingly set in the 1960s
