"Aladdin" was written in 2003 and was chosen ahead of "The Flute" for the 2004 Christmas production. It has all the elements of 'traditional pantomime' wit a dame, a vile villain, songs and a very traditional story. There are peculiarities; stolen babies, abducted Princes but the happy ever after is still there. Think Aladdin meets Turandot and you're getting the picture.
